I stayed at The Vail Collection at The Ritz-Carlton Residences for 5 nights and the hotel was great. The staff was really kind and accommodating. The apartment was comfy and had a bathtub in the bathroom. The location is marvelous and exceptional, so close to Vail Ski Resort, restaurants, Vail Village, and the grocery store. It was a wonderful stay, and there was nothing to complain about.

Our whole experience at The Vail Collection at The Ritz Carlton Residences Vail was wonderful from start to finish. We only stayed for 7 nights, but everything was great. The room was beautiful and lovely, and the bed was comfy. I highly recommend it.

We appreciated the spaciousness of our room and the amazing ski valet team. the proximity to key locations was excellent, making it easy for us to go around.
The service provided by the concierge and front desk was awful. the waitstaff in the bar and dining area were not very friendly.
